  • Featured tips - displays relevant How-to Articles
  • Popular keywords - shows the most popular keywords searched within your organization
  • Popular searches - shows the most popular searches within your organization
  • Predictive search - shows the 10 most relevant searches as soon as you start typing in the search field
  • Browse solutions (programs) - browse videos/courses and articles related to a given solution
  • Usability (one click access to courses/vids) - access to desired content with 1-2 clicks
  • Bookmarks (quicklists) - keep your most useful articles, videos, and courses all in one place to access them as quickly as possible
  • Support Tickets - Need an answer you just can't find? Submit a support ticket directly from the dashboard.

Knowledgebase Articles

Topic based security awareness articles with clear instruction help your users get answers quickly. Articles are fully searchable and editable with rich-text formatting, file attachments, keywords and categories. Organizations can also create their own unique articles to suit their needs (such as communicating internal security policies or security incident management), or edit the existing ones. Users can configure articles to be related to other articles, videos, or full courses.

Support Ticket Submission

Need an answer you just can't find? Want to report a security incident or threat? Submit a support ticket directly from the dashboard to your existing Helpdesk system or support email queue to get the answers you need as quickly as possible.

Quicklist

Keep your most useful and favorite articles, videos, and courses all in one place to access them as quickly as possible. Simply click "Add to Quicklist" for any article, video, or full course to be added. Your Helpdesk and Support team can also add content to your Quicklist so you can have the easiest access to whatever content you need. In addition, your Quicklist has a powerful filtering feature, and allows you to see who added content to your list - you or your admin.

  • Add/Remove any article, video, or full course
  • Add the most relevant content you need
  • Powerful filtering of your Quicklist to further streamline finding the content you want
  • Your Quicklist indicates whether an item in your list was added by you or your admin
