Assign Content
Much like bookmarking in a web browser, users can add any video, course, or article to their Quicklist and to keep it as a reference for the future. Additionally, users with Helpdesk and Administrative accounts have the ability to add content to other users' Quicklist. This proves especially useful for Helpdesk workers, since they can add a video directly to another user's Quicklist in order to quickly answer any question they may have concerning that topic.
- Add/Remove any article, video, or full course to a Users Quicklist
- Add the most relevant content for a User
- Quicklist indicates whether an item was added by the Helpdesk or Admin
